Adapy Smart Mobility System Return Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) is established between the purchaser (“Customer”) and Adapy™, Inc. (“Adapy”) and applies to the Adapy Smart Mobility System (“Product”).
Return Period:
- Customers may return the Product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
- Product must be in original condition with all components, packaging, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact Adapy Customer Support at support@adapy.com to initiate the return.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the Product to the address provided by Adapy with the RMA number clearly visible.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the Product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If the Product is defective, Adapy will offer a replacement Product or a full refund at its discretion.
Compliance with Federal Acquisition Requirements:
- This Return Policy complies with the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract standards, including but not limited to 48 CFR 552.246-73 and 48 CFR 52.212-4.
Special Conditions for Government and GSA Contracts:
- Returns under GSA contracts must comply with GSA requirements and may require additional documentation.
- Priority return processing for medical mobility devices covered under ADA compliance standards.
Limitation of Liability:
- Adapy’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
- Adapy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to returns.
Force Majeure:
- Adapy is not responsible for delays or failure to process returns due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, and government restrictions.
Modification of Return Policy:
- Adapy reserves the right to modify this Return Policy with written notice.
By purchasing the Adapy Smart Mobility System, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return Policy.
