Adapy Smart Mobility System Warranty Agreement

This Warranty Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the purchaser (“Customer”) and Adapy™, Inc. (“Adapy”), and covers the Adapy Smart Mobility System (“Product”).

1. Warranty Period:
   • Adapy warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from purchase.
2. Coverage:
   • Hardware components of the Product are covered.
   • Software is subject to separate licenses or agreements.
3. Exclusions:
   • Damage from accidents, misuse, or external causes.
   • Unauthorized modifications or failure to follow instructions.
   • Normal wear and tear.
4. Customer Responsibilities:
   • Register the Product within 30 days of purchase.
   • Keep the purchase receipt.
   • Cover shipping costs for warranty service.
5. Warranty Service:
   • Defective Products will be repaired or replaced at Adapy’s discretion.
   • Replacement parts may be new or equivalent to new.
6. Limitation of Damages:
   • Liability limited to the Product’s purchase price.
   • Adapy is not liable for indirect damages.
7. Governing Law:
   • Governed by the laws of the Product’s purchase location.
8. Modification of Agreement:
   • Only formal amendments accepted.
9. Customer Support:
   • Contact support@adapy.com for warranty claims or questions.
10. Severability:
    • Invalid terms do not affect the remainder of the Agreement.

By purchasing the Adapy Smart Mobility System, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Warranty Agreement and the Enhanced Warranty Options & Services provided by Adapy.
